Every Christian man is called to be a “safe man.” Safe for other women, safe for other men, safe for children. A safe man respects boundaries of others and is at heart a protector from unsafe men who prey on others. Most importantly, a safe man is also a safe husband to his wife.

Father there are so many dangerous men running around committing evil acts against women, children, and even had a men. This world needs a battalion of “safe men” who would never violate another person: man woman or child. Lord, I will be one of those safe men. Give me courage to be a protector for my family and for others who feel threatened by dangerous men. Help me to confront evil when I see it, whether sexual harassment, bullying or emotional abuse. Lord raise up other safe men who will protect the innocent.

May the fear of the Lord give us strong confidence against evil. May our children find refuge in safe men.

Proverbs 14:26

In the fear of the Lord one has strong confidence, and his children will have a refuge.
